This are some interesting talks/podcasts/presentations about DevOps and Agile culture that I watched during June and July:

• #NoStaging - PIPELINE Conference 2016 Dave Nolan. Should we use always a staging environment? Of course, it depends on the context... We  should always evaluate continuously any practice that we are using. Including having a staging environment. A lot of teams have one, but perhaps not all of this teams have a clear idea about the costs and the benefits.
• How to Fuck Up “Respect for People” & Really Piss Off your Employees Jez Humble. Interesting talk about high performance cultures, Lean, continious improvement, Innovation, etc.
• Why Scaling Agile Doesn't Work Another interesting talk from Jez Humble at  GOTO 2015 similar content than the previous talk, Lean, Innovation, etc.
• INFRASTRUCTURE & OPERATIONS - How Google Does Planet-Scale Engineering for Planet-Scale Infra Lots of wisdom about SRE, devops and the balance necessary to run this planet scale systems.
