- The Efficiency Paradox Niklas Modig. The best explanation I know about resource efficiency vs flow efficiency, the base of Lean.
- The Improvement Kata in 10 Minutes Mike Rother. Good description about this tool.
- Very interesting Agile methods (updated agile methods I like... remember that the agile manifesto is from 2001 and the some methods as scrum or XP are even older):
