These are the best podcast/talks I've seen/listen to recently.
- Webminar 2019 Accelerate State of DevOps Interview with Nicole Forsgren
- Instrumentation, Observability & Monitoring of Machine Learning Models Josh Wills
- Evolutionary Architecture Rebecca Parsons. This talk is a great introduction to the topic.
- What Breaks Our Systems: A Taxonomy of Black Swans Laura Nolan. A lot of insights about how complex systems fail. Based on public postmortems can help us avoid some common problems.
- JavaZone 2019, Room 5 - Survival Tips For Women in Tech Patricia Aas. Essential talk especially to open our eyes to privileged people like me (white male in tech).
- Lean and agile at Toyota Connected Nigel Thurlow. It is interesting to see how they are introducing agile in Toyota to compete with the tech companies and complement the excellence in production they have (with TPS).
- The Technical Debt Trap Doc Norton. A classical one about technical debt.
- Mob Programming and the Power of Flow Woody Zuill. Interesting point of view from the individual flow to the team flow.
